Inside UniCredit Leasing perimeter it is our shared belief that training and learning play a key role in building our strongest value – our people.

We strive at leveraging on our professional European network, which gives opportunities for the personal growth of our Employees as well as for the growth of UniCredit Leasing as a whole:

• rotating key professionals within the network;
• exploiting the best know-how and international expertise sharing;
• translating the values of the Integrity Charter into the daily life of our team.

Our personnel investment strategy is based on:

• promotion and development of the Group’s identity through the values outlined in our Integrity Charter. We also aim to increase awareness of the Charter and integrate it throughout the entire organisation;
• promotion and development of leadership skills for Top Managers, Senior and Middle Managers through the Executive Development Plan and other tailor made activities with the aim to transform UniCredit leasing strategic plans into concrete success;
• promotion of a network of relationships among all Managers in UniCredit Leasing to share global vision and business alignment, and to spread strategy.

In coherence with our Group values, the training activities within the Leasing perimeter are aimed at developing managerial, technical and language skills in order to accelerate the development of the international network within the Group and to develop the key competences that will allow us to grow in the future, anticipating business needs and market scenarios.

We provide ad hoc Managerial training paths and behavioural trainings for our Managers and Employees.

In terms of  technical training each Company of the Leasing network provides specific trainings at local level. There is also the availability of international training opportunities which involve Managers from all countries to share a common technical framework across the leasing perimeter.
